Responsibilities

	Min of 2 years experience in a professional services firm as a Windows and Network Administrator
	2+ years network administration and desktop support
	2+ yrs of Windows server support and maintenance (Microsoft)
	2+ Experience working with networking equipment (firewalls, switches,routers, access points)
	Documentation of business processes within the technology footprint
	2+ yrs of end user support with Windows desktop clients, and cloud based applications
	1+ yr of deploying VDI environment
	2 yrs of using an Issue/ticketing system such as JIRA , HP-ALM or TestRail
	Familiar with installing and configuring MFP's , Scanners , Labelers etc.
	Firm grasp of networking fundamentals, Active Directory , GPO , Certificates services, VPN, Application deployments etc.
	Must be familiar with Radius server deployment,configuration and maintenance
	Good verbal and written communication skills in English are required

 

Core Skills Required

	Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/Azure, Win 7,10 /11
	Experience with Dell server hardware ,Fortigate firewalls, Hyper-V, RADIUS, Site-to-Site VPN and Client VPN
	Office 365 management/user,DRAC configurations, VOIP experience in provisioning IP equipment if required (8x8, RingCentral)

 

Education and Training

	Bachelors degree in CSE, ECE,MCA or Maths concentration
	Must have completed a professional training course in CCNE , MCSE , MCSA or related.
	Must have related certifications (verifiable)
	Hardware certifications is a plus but not required
	Must be able to communicate in English fluently with end-users and management.
	Knowledge and basic experience in issue triage lifecycle
	Familiar with documenting SOP's , issue resolutions of applications and processes

 

Work Hours

Mon thru Saturday 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM & Sunday - On Call as required (USA EST)

 

Work Location

Hyderabad, AP (or) Remote -WFH

 

Permanent Role

3 months probation then Permanent role (must sign a minimum of 3 yrs agreement)

Remuneration

	Probation period - Rs15,000/ mth with travel allowance of Rs3,000/-  (Rs18,000/mth )
	DOE , Permanent package   - INR 2 L to 4 L /Annum  and above + Travel allowance of INR 40,000/Annum
	Yearly performance bonus between 5 -10 % of net salary
